Boredom can dramatically affect your motivation to workout. Are you tired of your workout routine? Try a new workout, there’s plenty of options to choose from. You could try, boxing, martial arts, a yoga class, hill sprints, stair running or outdoor cycling. Making regular changes to your workout routine, can really help in your quest to stay motivated.

When it comes to the crunch, it’s dedication and persistence that will enable you to achieve your fitness goals. On days when you really don’t feel like working out, remember that feelings come and go, but your determination should ultimately be permanent in order to succeed.
